Picnics

We setup picnics in Mueller Lake Park or your Home (backyard or living room).

- Our picnic includes everything you need for a romantic date night, proposal, birthday, or just to hang with a friend.

- A You + Brie Graze box and Little Owl Baby Cake is also included with each of our three themes (Blush, Date Night (can be customized), or Boho)!

- Choose your picnic size, theme, and location to book. We will contact your within 24 hours to confirm and process payment. All picnics must be reserved 72 hours in advance.

Picnic Setup Terms + Conditions: 

You + Brie will setup the following items to the Client for a You + Brie picnic:

Picnic table, Decor blankets or rug, Napkins, Plates, Drinking glasses, Silverware, Pillows, Silk flowers displays, Candles and Candle holders, Ice bucket, etc.

You + Brie guarantees that all equipment is without defect. However, the Client accepts all responsibility for damage to or injury caused by use of the equipment.

You + Brie will deliver the equipment to the Client's home or park location specified by You + Brie. The delivery will be setup 30 mins prior to the event. Set-up and cleanup costs are included in the price.

The Client will be charged $100 if any of the equipment is picked up damaged or excessively dirty. The Client will be charge $75 for clean up if the client's yard is excessively dirty (i.e dog feces stepped in during setup or take down). The Client will be charged the full cost of any item that is lost or not pickup.

The charges will be paid in full to the You + Brie before delivery. If a cancellation occurs 24 hours prior to the event, the Client will be charged 50%. If there's a chance of rain in the forecast, the client has the choice to proceed with the picnic or reschedule it. If it rains the picnic will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Submission of this form to You + Brie means you have read and agree to the above terms.
